What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
You can file a complaint in Support page, our policy lasts 15 days after the product’s delivery. If 15 days have gone by since your product delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, return shipping fee is paid by buyer.
You cannot make the size or colour as an excuse to make refund.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or the following information is required when you reflect the problem:
